The official Calloway County court records path starts with the Kentucky Court of Justice Calloway County page, the statewide docket tools, and the Calloway Circuit Court Clerk. Kentucky Court of Justice states that Circuit Court Clerks manage Circuit, Family, District, and Business court case records. For Calloway County, that means case-copy questions begin with the Office of Circuit Court Clerk in the Calloway County Judicial Building.
